IBGS Milestones

The first IBGS was set up in 2022 with the vision to provide global standard education to every student. Our parent company Vaishvik Shodh was incorporated in 2021, with the vision to develop happy global citizens. In the initial years, deep and intense thinking led to our unique philosophy and curriculum – “Ecoliere Infinity” based on the deep rooted Indian philosophy of Brahmand.

Our K12 schools, foundation years schools and Global Excellence Academies are currently functioning in Pune, Ambejogai and Nanded. Soon expanding in MP, Karnataka and Telangana, our success is proof of our sound philosophy and values along with robust and modern educational approach.

He founded Vaishvik Shodh Private Limited to help schools implement quality systems, recruit talent, and drive sustainable growth—shaping India’s future by nurturing young minds.

He has founded 100+ K12 schools in India and served as Business Head for K12 Franchisee Expansion at leading Indian education MNCs. Known for his strong leadership, analytical skills, and passion for education, he has successfully led various school operations and commercial ventures.

Mr. Vikas Koli is a seasoned civil engineer and real estate strategist with 28+ years of experience across infrastructure, urban planning, and key public-private projects. He has held esteemed government roles and is known for his visionary leadership, grassroots network, and expertise in land acquisition and strategic development. As an entrepreneur and certified business coach, he drives impactful ventures in real estate, hospitality, and education.

As Director & COO of Indo-British Global Schools, she has led multiple projects with a focus on academic excellence, operational systems, and people-centric leadership. She also spearheads Vaishvik Shodh Mentor, driving school transformation through strategic mentorship and quality assurance.

Mr. Rohit Madnurkar

AVP School Acquisition

Mr. Rohit, a production engineer with a B.E. and MBA from the National Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, has over 14 years of experience. He served as Zonal Head and Vice President in sales and marketing at reputed educational organizations across India. A visionary leader with strong marketing and management skills, he drives business expansion for Vaishvik Shodh and conceived Vaishvik Shodh Leader.

Ms. Gunjan Pandya

Academic Head

Working in HR has given me diverse experience in generalist HR, training, recruitment, and employee engagement at Shoppers Stop. Transitioning to education technology, I pursued instructional design and curriculum development, leading projects like syllabus design, LMS/ERP implementation, and e-learning courses. I aim to be a lifelong learner, impacting as many minds as possible.

Ms. Neha Mane, with over 20 years of experience, has worked across CBSE, State Board, and ICSE curricula. Currently the Academics and General Manager at Vaishvik Shodh Pvt. Ltd., she is committed to teacher development, quality education, and nurturing global citizens. As a master trainer, she strives to expand the institution’s reach and create a happy community of learners.
