IBGS Milestones

The first Indo British Global School (IBGS) was established in 2022 with a vision to provide global education to every learner. Our parent organization, Vaishvik Shodh, was founded in 2021 with the mission of nurturing happy and responsible global citizens.

Through deep research and reflection, IBGS developed its distinctive educational philosophy and curriculum — Ecoliere Infinity, inspired by the profound Indian concept of Brahmand, which emphasizes limitless potential and holistic growth.

Prof. Shivgir, B.E. (E and TC), has over 25 years of experience in education, business development, and school establishment. He has successfully established and mentored 200+ schools, guiding them from inception to growth.

Known for his strong leadership, analytical thinking, and passion for education, he is committed to building institutions that nurture future-ready learners and happy global citizens.

Prof. Swati Gir

Director and COO


Prof. Swati is a dynamic education leader with over a decade of experience in building and scaling educational institutions. As Director & COO of Indo British Group of Schools, she leads initiatives focused on academic excellence, operational systems, and people-centric leadership.

She also heads Vaishvik Shodh, guiding schools through strategic mentorship, quality enhancement, and institutional transformation.

Ms. Neha Mane

Academic General Manager


Ms. Neha brings over 25 years of experience in education, having worked with several leading and premium institutions. As the Academic General Manager at Vaishvik Shodh, she is dedicated to enhancing teaching quality, developing educators, and nurturing future-ready global citizens.

A master trainer and academic leader, she actively drives teacher development initiatives and works toward building a vibrant, happy community of learners.

Ms. Shilpa Potnis

Ms. Shilpa Potnis is an Early Years Educator dedicated to blending contemporary global pedagogical practices with the Indian context to create meaningful and relevant learning experiences. Her work focuses on empowering educators and building strong partnerships with teachers, parents and children to make the teaching – learning journey a joyful, engaging and effective. Guided by a holistic approach to early childhood education, she believes in nurturing learning in the young minds. When children feeling understood, confident and happy, they naturally open up to explorations and learning.
